We talk through your health history and your treatment goals. Plan on about 90 minutes for your first visit.
Your treatment plan
You'll get a clear course of care with realistic milestones, explained in plain language. Some of the plan happens at home, not just in the clinic.
Your first treatment
Your licensed practitioner chooses the right approach for you that day. You stay comfortable and in control throughout, and most people leave feeling deeply relaxed.
Aftercare
Simple guidance for between visits, and we'll schedule your follow-up if it's the right fit.
Does it hurt?
Acupuncture needles are about the width of a hair. Most people feel little more than a tiny pinch, and often a deep sense of relaxation.
What to wear
Loose, comfortable clothing is ideal so we can easily reach common treatment points on the arms and legs.
How many visits?
It depends on your condition. Many patients feel a difference within a few sessions; we set expectations up front.
